Jon Gatrell brings more than a decade of experience in product management, marketing, sales and corporate development to his role as a Pragmatic Marketing instructor. Jon previously served in senior product management and marketing positions at a number of companies, most recently at Stonebranch and Inovis. He has successfully implemented the Pragmatic Marketing Framework at multiple companies and integrated it into several acquisition plans. He has held leadership positions in numerous industry organizations.

Bob Corrigan is director of operations of the Encyclopedia of Life (EOL) at the Smithsonian Institution's National Museum of Natural History in Washington, DC. EOL is an international effort to raise awareness and understanding of living nature by providing free and open digital access to trusted information on all 1.9 million species.
Prior to joining the Smithsonian in 2010, Bob served as the vice president of product management for Emmi Solutions. He has held product management and marketing roles at small and large organizations including Compuware, Sybase, InstallShield and Macrovision. He earned his B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Notre Dame.
Lisa Dezzutti is president and CEO of Market Connections, Inc., an authority on preferences, perceptions and trends that offers deep domain expertise in information technology and telecommunications, healthcare and education. Market Connections serves BtoB, BtoG and association clients and maintains a reputation for delivering intelligence and insights that enable improved business performance.
A research strategist with more than 25 years of experience in marketing, research and business strategy, Lisa holds an M.B.A from George Mason University, a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Radford University.
Chris Taylor is the vice president, marketing at Concert Technologies. He has more than 30 years of experience in the technology sector, including 20 years in product management. He has successfully implemented elements of the Pragmatic Marketing Framework at businesses ranging from startups to the Fortune 100.
Chris has served in product management and marketing positions for companies including Sterling Software, BT Group, ObjectVideo, Verint, Kastle Systems, Lexmark and CYREN, where he was senior director of products and marketing. Chris consults with technology businesses wishing to ensure that their product strategy, marketing messages and business model are in alignment with the needs of their target markets.
John Ticer is senior vice president products for FranConnect, the leading provider of SaaS-based business automation solutions for the franchising industry. Prior to joining FranConnect, he held senior leadership positions at a number of companies including NeuStar, BioNetrix, IBM and Motorola. John has led market strategy, corporate development and go-to-market execution for software and software-based services companies for more than 20 years. He holds an M.B.A. from the Tuck School, Dartmouth College, and M.S. and B.S. degrees in engineering from the University of Virginia. He also had the privilege of being part of the very first Pragmatic Marketing workshop.
Steven Toole is former vice president of marketing at Content Analyst Company and has held executive level marketing positions with several successful enterprise software companies for 20 years. He has spoken at dozens of international technology conferences and webinars, and published numerous papers on the topics of machine learning, information governance and other data management issues. Steve holds an M.B.A. and a Master of International Management from the University of Maryland, and a bachelor's degree from Syracuse University. He is a former adjunct professor at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.
